Indoor Roar of the Championship Tractor Pull Returns to Freedom Hall

LOUISVILLE, KY (February 6, 2014) - The 46th annual Championship Tractor Pull, sponsored by Syngenta, roars into Freedom Hall February 12-15. As America's oldest indoor tractor pull, the Championship Tractor Pull draws a loyal fanbase, as approximately 70,000 tractor pull fans are expected to attend the super-charged competition.

The four-day event, held in conjunction with the National Farm Machinery Show, includes five pulls with the top drivers competing for the title of Grand Champion and a share of the more than $250,000 in prize money. More than 500 teams apply annually for this invitation-only event. From there, the drivers are narrowed down to approximately 180 of the best tractor pull drivers from the United States and across the world.

Championship Tractor Pull tickets are $40 for Wednesday and Thursday night and the Saturday afternoon pulls. Tickets are $45 for the Friday night pulls and Saturday evening finals. Friday and Saturday night shows often sell out in advance.
