Agricultural Excellence and Future of Farming Showcased at the 2013 National Farm Machinery Show

Louisville, Ky. (Jan. 31, 2013) – For 48 years, the National Farm Machinery Show has introduced new cutting edge technology, farm equipment, agricultural products and services that help farmers and business professionals around the world. At this year’s show, Feb. 13-16, visitors will be able to see, touch and learn about the future of farming.

The 1.2 million square feet of the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville will be completely filled with 860 exhibitors. Nearly every major line of farming equipment will be on display allowing attendees to compare products side by side. All of the most innovative technology and new product launches will be available to agribusiness professionals, as well as alternative energy information and solutions to the challenges facing today’s agribusiness industry.

In addition to seeing the newest products on the market, visitors can attend free seminars led by industry experts. Seminars range from use of robotic technology to strategies dealing with the market and weather. Visitors will be able to watch Al Pell during a live-taping of U.S. Farm Report, which features a roundtable discussion about agriculture.

Produced by the Kentucky State Fair Board, The National Farm Machinery Show generates approximately $22 million in economic impact and draws 300,000 attendees during the four-day run.

The National Farm Machinery Show is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., admission to the show is FREE and open to the public and parking is $8 per vehicle.
